Mr. Batterson is a 3rd generation Floridian, who has practiced site civil design, development and construction in Central Florida for over a decade. His established land development abilities include a focus on new business development, networking, and client relations, as well as proven technical skills, including proficient computer capabilities, and managerial leadership, centered on team building and motivation. He has supervised and directed a variety of teams over the years consisting of engineers, designers, technicians, engineering interns and administrative staff. He has proven successful time after time in overseeing the timely permitting design and plans preparation for site/civil related projects, proposal preparations, feasibility studies, budgeting, billing, client coordination, etc. Mr. Batterson is also actively involved in a number of local community organizations and boards during which he has clearly demonstrated outstanding, organizational, professional and communicative talents.
