Engineering Review
Every project consists of an underlying series of supporting systems that must be properly engineered for the project to be a success. Vanson can conduct this review as part of an Independent Document Peer Review prior to the completion of design or we can perform a forensics analysis if one or more of the project systems fail to perform properly.

• Storm drainage system must be properly engineered in order to obtain environmental permits and to make sure that the project site does not flood.
• Structural system must support the building and all of its components.
• Mechanical and electrical systems must be properly synched for occupant comfort and for the proper functioning of all connected components and areas served.
